No. 4 Arizona will try to avoid suffering back-to-back losses for the first time in three years under head coach Tommy Lloyd when it hosts Washington on Saturday afternoon. The Wildcats (20-6, 11-4 Pac-12) had their six-game winning streak snapped in a 77-74 loss to No. 21 Washington State on Thursday, despite entering the game as 13.5-point favorites. They are now a half-game back of the Cougars at the top of the Pac-12 standings. Washington (15-12, 7-9) has won three of its last four games, notching a road win at Arizona State in overtime on Thursday.

Tipoff is set for 2 p.m. ET at the McKale Memorial Center in Tucson. The latest Arizona vs. Washington odds from SportsLine consensus list the Wildcats as 16.5-point favorites, while the over/under for total points is 167.5. College basketball picks for Arizona vs. Washington

Before tuning into the Washington vs. Arizona game, you need to see the college basketball picks from SportsLine's advanced computer model. The model simulates every Division I college basketball game 10,000 times. It entered Week 16 of the 2023-24 season on a 136-89 roll on all top-rated college basketball picks dating back to last season, returning nearly $2,500 for $100 players. It is also off to a sizzling 25-13 start on top-rated spread picks this season. Anyone following has seen huge returns.

For Arizona vs. Washington, the model projects that the game goes Under 167.5 points. Arizona is coming off its worst offensive performance since mid-January, shooting just 27.8% from the 3-point line in its loss to Washington State on Thursday. The Wildcats also shot 63% from the free-throw line and only scored seven fast-break points.

Washington has to avoid playing at Arizona's tempo on Saturday afternoon, as that is how the Wildcats tend to open up big leads. The Huskies held Oregon State to 55 points in a win two weeks ago before limiting Stanford to 65 points in their following game, going Under the total in both of those outings. They also held Utah to 73 points in a blowout win at the end of January.

Arizona has gone Under in eight of its 14 home games this season, as its crowd tends to disrupt opposing offenses. SportsLine's model expects that trend to cash again on Saturday, as the Under is hitting in almost 70% of the latest simulations. Stream the game here.
