The Lions activated Dorsey (illness) from injured reserve Saturday.
Dorsey is listed as questionable for Sunday's contest against the Buccaneers, but he was a full participant in practice both Thursday and Friday. His return would be a welcome one for the Lions secondary after the team placed fellow cornerback Emmanuel Moseley (knee) on IR.
