Justin Herbert QB | LAC
Chargers' Justin Herbert: Not practicing
Herbert (leg) isn't practicing Wednesday, Eric Smith of the Chargers' official site reports.
Chargers coach Jim Harbaugh said Wednesday that Herbert is dealing with an ankle injury as well as a leg contusion, per Daniel Popper of The Athletic. Herbert left Sunday's loss to the Chiefs in the second quarter but then returned in short order and led the Chargers offense to 17 points after halftime. He'll likely play against Tampa Bay on Sunday even if he's not 100 percent healthy, although Taylor Heinicke and Easton Stick are taking the QB reps in practice at the start of the week.

Tyler Nubin SAF | NYG
Giants' Tyler Nubin: Shifts to IR
Nubin (ankle) was placed on injured reserve Wednesday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Nubin's rookie campaign has come to an early end after being placed on injured reserve due to an ankle injury sustained in the Giants' Week 14 loss to the Saints. The Minnesota product appeared in 12 games this season, recording 98 total tackles, one pass defended and one forced fumble. Dane Belton (knee) is likely the next man up at strong safety with Nubin sidelined for the remainder of the year.

Cordale Flott CB | NYG
Giants' Cor'Dale Flott: Still nursing quadriceps injury
Flott (quadriceps) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.
Flott was able to play through quadricep and knee injuries in Sunday's loss to the Saints, recording five total tackles and two passes defended over 67 defensive snaps. His limited practice session Wednesday is likely precautionary; however, he could be in jeopardy of missing the Giants' Week 15 game against the Ravens if his injuries worsened in Week 14.

Kenneth Walker III RB | SEA
Seahawks' Kenneth Walker: Considered 'day-to-day'
Coach Mike Macdonald said Wednesday that Walker is day-to-day, but his status is to be determined for Sunday's game against the Packers, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
Walker underwent testing on his calf injury earlier this week, but Macdonald relayed that the running back doesn't require further evaluation, and his injury isn't a long-term issue, per Brady Henderson of ESPN.com\. Macdonald also told Dugar that Walker doesn't need to practice in order to play Week 15, so even if he goes down as a DNP through Friday's practice, he won't necessarily be in danger of sitting out Sunday. Zach Charbonnet filled in for Walker this past weekend en route to 29 touches for 193 yards from scrimmage and two rushing TDs.

Deonte Banks CB | NYG
Giants' Deonte Banks: Limited Wednesday
Banks (ribs) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.
Banks was unavailable for the Giants' Week 14 loss to the Saints, but Wednesday's limited practice session suggests he could return to the field as soon as Sunday's matchup against the Ravens. The 2023 first round pick's participation Thursday and Friday will likely provide the best indication of whether he'll be sidelined for the third consecutive game Sunday.

Rakeem Nunez-Roches DT | NYG
Giants' Rakeem Nunez-Roches: Misses Wednesday's practice
Nunez-Roches (neck/shoulder) didn't practice Wednesday, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.
Nunez-Roches' absence from Wednesday's practice comes as no surprise, as the veteran defensive lineman missed the Giants' Week 14 loss to the Saints due to neck and shoulder injuries. The 31-year-old likely needs to upgrade to at least limited practice Thursday or Friday in order to play in Week 15, when the Giants host the Ravens.

Andru Phillips DB | NYG
Giants' Dru Phillips: Logs DNP on Wednesday
Phillips (shoulder) didn't practice Wednesday, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.
Phillips was sidelined for the Giants' Week 14 loss to the Saints after sustaining a shoulder injury late in the week, and Wednesday's DNP suggests he's still nursing the issue. The rookie corner from Kentucky could be in jeopardy of missing his second consecutive game in a Week 15 matchup against the Ravens if he can't practice in a limited fashion Thursday or Friday.

Juice Scruggs C | HOU
Texans' Juice Scruggs: Sidelined for weeks
Scruggs is expected to a minimum of two games after sustaining a foot injury in the Texans' Week 13 win over the Jaguars, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Despite Houston's Week 14 bye, Scruggs is expected to be sidelined for the immediate future. Kendrick Green or Nick Broeker will likely serve as the Texans' starting left guard over the next couple games in Scruggs' stead.

Caleb Farley CB | CAR
Panthers' Caleb Farley: Past shoulder issue
Farley (shoulder) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, David Newton of ESPN.com reports.
The 2021 first-round pick from Virginia Tech appears to be past the shoulder injury that sidelined him for Carolina's Week 14 loss to the Eagles, as indicated by Friday's full practice session. Farley is now expected to serve as one of the Panthers' top special-teamers in Week 15, when the Cowboys travel to Carolina.

George Pickens WR | PIT
Steelers' George Pickens: Not practicing Wednesday
Pickens (hamstring) didn't practice Wednesday, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.
Head coach Mike Tomlin said Tuesday there's an "outside chance" that Pickens can play Sunday against the Eagles, but that doesn't seem likely after an MRI revealed a "little bit more significant" hamstring injury (reportedly a Grade 2 strain) for the wideout than initially thought. If Pickens remains sidelined this weekend, added Week 15 opportunities would be available for Van Jefferson, Calvin Austin, Mike Williams and Scotty Miller.
