  • Blues' Brayden Schenn: Registers assist Wednesday

Schenn notched an assist, three shots on goal and two PIM in Wednesday's 6-3 loss to the Golden Knights.

Schenn had gotten on the scoresheet in just one of his last six games with a three-point effort versus the Sabres on Nov. 30. The 32-year-old center set up a Jordan Kyrou tally in the first period. Schenn's offense has often come in bursts this season -- he has yet to establish a point streak longer than two games. He's produced 15 points, 50 shots, 49 hits, 15 PIM and a minus-9 rating over 25 contests.

  • Blues' Robert Thomas: Produces helper in loss

Thomas notched an assist and two PIM in Wednesday's 6-3 loss to the Golden Knights.

Thomas had a 12-game point streak earlier in the year, and after a two-game drought, he's responded with two goals and six helpers over his last eight outings. The center is thriving in a top-line role, to the tune of 25 points in as many outings. He's added 51 shots on net, 15 blocked shots and a plus-6 rating while averaging a career-high 20:23 of ice time per game as a key contributor in all situations.

  • Kevin Hayes RW | STL

Blues' Kevin Hayes: Pots goal in loss

Hayes scored a goal, added two hits and went plus-2 in Wednesday's 6-3 loss to the Golden Knights.

Hayes has found his scoring touch with four goals and two helpers over his last nine contests. The 31-year-old's improved play got him onto the second line after toiling in a bottom-six role to start the campaign. He's at six tallies, six assists, 39 shots on net and a plus-4 rating through 25 appearances overall. Hayes could have more fantasy upside as long as he's playing with Brayden Schenn and Jordan Kyrou.

  • Blues' Jake Neighbours: Lights lamp in loss

Neighbours scored a goal on three shots in Wednesday's 6-3 loss to the Golden Knights.

Neighbours had gone two games without a goal to open December, his longest drought in over two weeks. The 21-year-old had the Blues' first goal in this game, giving him eight tallies and one assist over his last 10 contests. He's up to 10 goals, one assist, 41 shots on net, 37 hits, 18 blocked shots and a minus-5 rating through 25 contests overall. He could stick in a top-line role as long as his offense is hot, though he's also been converting at a 33.3 percent rate lately, an unsustainable pace for even the best of scorers.

  • Jordan Kyrou C | STL

Blues' Jordan Kyrou: One of each in loss

Kyrou scored a goal on three shots and added an assist in Wednesday's 6-3 loss to the Golden Knights.

Kyrou snapped his 10-game goal drought with the tally. During that span, he went minus-8 and picked up six assists, including two on the power play. The 25-year-old Kyrou remains in a top-six role, but his ice time has slipped slightly during his dry spell. He's picked up five goals, 12 helpers, 84 shots on net and a minus-6 rating through 25 appearances. He's shooting 6.0 percent on the year -- he's never finished below 10.3 percent when playing at least 25 games in a campaign.

  • Blues' Jordan Binnington: Kept busy in loss

Binnington allowed five goals on 48 shots in Wednesday's 6-3 loss to the Golden Knights. The sixth goal was an empty-netter.

Binnington looked to repeat his heroics from Monday's 2-1 overtime win in Vegas, and he had a strong first period. The momentum didn't hold in the second, as he gave up four goals over a 10-minute span to squander a two-goal lead. The 30-year-old has allowed four or more goals in five of his last eight outings -- he remains wildly inconsistent, though not to the point of losing his starting job. Binnington is at 8-7-1 with a 2.99 GAA and a .912 save percentage through 19 appearances this season. The Blues play a road back-to-back this weekend, visiting the Blue Jackets on Friday and the Blackhawks on Saturday. Binnington and Joel Hofer will likely split the pair of favorable matchups.

  • Golden Knights' Kaedan Korczak: Generates assist in win

Korczak notched an assist in Wednesday's 6-3 win over the Blues.

Korczak has played in six straight games, leaving Brayden Pachal relegated to the press box as a healthy scratch. In that span, Korczak has collected two assists, seven shots on net, eight hits and 12 blocked shots. The 22-year-old is up to six points, 16 shots, 19 hits and 19 blocks through 13 outings overall, though he remains limited to bottom-four usage.

  • Golden Knights' Nicolas Hague: Pockets assist in win

Hague logged an assist and blocked two shots in Wednesday's 6-3 win over the Blues.

Hague has picked up two helpers over his last four games. He returned from a lower-body injury Nov. 19 and logged five scoreless outings before getting on the scoresheet. The defenseman remains in a bottom-four role, where he's picked up five points, 22 shots on net, 22 PIM, 21 hits, 30 blocked shots and a minus-2 rating over 19 appearances.

  • Golden Knights' Brayden McNabb: Manages assist Wednesday

McNabb provided an assist, two shots on goal and three blocked shots in Wednesday's 6-3 win over the Blues.

McNabb snapped a nine-game point drought with the helper. It's not surprising he's cooled off on offense after starting the season with eight points over 17 games. The 32-year-old has reached the 20-point mark just once in his career, and he's now at one goal, eight helpers, 28 shots on net, 33 hits, 90 blocked shots and a plus-10 rating through 27 outings in 2023-24.

  • Nicolas Roy C | LV

Golden Knights' Nicolas Roy: Sets up opening goal

Roy notched an assist, eight shots on goal, two PIM and a plus-3 rating in Wednesday's 6-3 win over the Blues.

Roy led the way with the eight shots, and he set up Zach Whitecloud on the opening goal. Over 11 games since he returned from an undisclosed injury, Roy has five helpers and a plus-2 rating. The 26-year-old forward continues to be a versatile option for the Golden Knights, often lining up as the fourth-line center but seeing time in all situations -- he played 18:55 in Wednesday's win. Roy has nine points, 36 shots on net, 10 hits and a plus-4 rating over 18 appearances.
