Grisham went 3-for-5 with a double, three RBI, two runs scored and one stolen base in Thursday's 9-2 win over Texas.

The outfielder is off to a hot start in the month of May, going 8-for-28 (.286) with one home run, five doubles, seven RBI and eight runs scored covering his past seven games. Grisham has a trio of multi-hit contests during that stretch.

Yankees' Trent Grisham: Goes deep in victory
Grisham went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run, an additional run, a double and a walk in Saturday's 9-4 win versus Baltimore.
Grisham's homer was a two-run shot that gave New York a 5-1 lead in the fourth inning. He had doubled one inning prior and finished with multiple hits for the first time since April 19. It's been a rough start to the season at the plate for Grisham, who is slashing just .168/.309/.366 even after Saturday's big performance. On the plus side, his 17.9 percent strikeout rate is on pace to be a career low, while his 17.1 percent walk rate is tracking toward a career best.

Grisham went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, an additional run scored and two walks in an 8-3 win against the Astros on Saturday.

He put the Yankees on the board with a solo shot in the third inning for his fourth homer of the campaign, all of which have come over his past 11 games. Grisham is batting a meager .169 on the season, but he has a .330 OBP thanks largely to a 19.8 percent walk rate.

Yankees' Trent Grisham: Idle against southpaw
Grisham is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Yankees.
Grisham started in three of the Yankees' previous five matchups with lefty starters, but he'll be the odd man out of the outfield Wednesday while southpaw Ranger Suarez takes the hill for Boston. The Yankees will roll out an outfield of Randal Grichuk, Cody Bellinger and Aaron Judge from left to right.

Yankees' Trent Grisham: Smacks three-run homer
Grisham went 2-for-4 with a three-run home run and a walk in Sunday's 7-0 win over the Royals.
The homer was the third of the season for Grisham. After posting a career-high .812 OPS a year ago over 143 regular-season games, the outfielder opened the year as New York's primary leadoff batter but may need to continue hitting well in order to earn that role back. He batted fifth in this game. Through 81 plate appearances in 2026, Grisham is slashing just .167/.321/.348 with five extra-base hits, 14 RBI and 10 runs scored.

Yankees' Trent Grisham: Delivers clutch homers off bench
Grisham went 2-for-3 with two home runs and five RBI in Monday's 11-10 win over the Angels.
Grisham completely changed the game after entering as a pinch hitter in the fifth inning, delivering a massive spark off the bench. His first swing of the night resulted in a three-run homer off Shaun Anderson that broke a tie and swung momentum in New York's favor. Later, with the Yankees down two in the ninth, Grisham came through again with a clutch game-tying two-run shot that kept the comeback alive and ultimately set the stage for the walk-off win. The homers were the 29-year-old's first two of the season and accounted for all five of his RBI on the night. Even with Monday's breakout, Grisham is still slashing just .167/.344/.354 with nine RBI through 61 plate appearances.
