Dodgers' Zyhir Hope: Strong start at High-A
Hope is slashing .272/.359/.485 with four home runs, four steals and a 25.4 percent strikeout rate in 27 games for High-A Great Lakes.
As the weather heats up in the Midwest League and he gets more acclimated to High-A pitching, Hope's numbers could tick up even further, but it's been a great start to the year for the Dodgers' top prospect. Hope produced at a similar pace last year at Single-A (.287 average, nine homers, eight steals) but was limited to 54 games due to a shoulder injury.

Dodgers' Zyhir Hope: Sent to minor-league camp
Hope was reassigned to minor-league camp by the Dodgers on Sunday.
Hope went 4-for-19 with a home run, three RBI, a run scored and a walk while striking out six times over 10 games during spring training. The 20-year-old has yet to play at a level higher than Single-A, and he'll look to continue his ascent through the minors with the Dodgers organization in 2025.

Dodgers' Zyhir Hope: Impressing early in camp
Hope went 1-for-2 with a solo home run in Saturday's Cactus League loss to Kansas City.
Hope belted a solo shot to the opposite field in the sixth inning. The power display came two days after the 19-year-old made a pair of impressive catches in the outfield in the Dodgers' spring opener. Hope isn't a candidate to break camp with the big club, but he's among the team's top prospects after posting a .905 OPS with nine home runs and eight stolen bases over 54 games at the Single-A level last season.

Dodgers' Zyhir Hope: Attending first big-league ST
The Dodgers invited Hope to big-league spring training, Eric Stephen of SB Nation reports.
Hope was recently picked by MLB executives as the 2025 breakout prospect of the year in a poll by MLB.com's Jonathan Mayo, so it's not just dynasty managers who are excited about Hope on the heels of a breakout Arizona Fall League showing in 2024. He has a rare combination of strength and athleticism packed into a 5-foot-10 frame and showed an advanced command of the strike zone at Single-A as a 19-year-old, where he got on base at a .419 clip. Hope seems poised to climb multiple levels of the minors this year and may even be assigned to Double-A, bypassing High-A altogether, but a 2025 MLB debut seems highly unlikely given how much talent is ahead of him in the organization.

Dodgers' Zyhir Hope: Healthy again at Single-A
Single-A Rancho Cucamonga reinstated Hope (shoulder) from the 7-day injured list Friday. He's gone 5-for-12 with a home run, a walk, a stolen base, five RBI and three runs in three games since returning to action.
Hope had been on the shelf since April 30 with a shoulder injury. The 19-year-old outfielder received the green light to rejoin Rancho Cucamonga last weekend after he completed a seven-game rehab assignment in the rookie-level Arizona Complex League, during which he slashed .316/.458/.421.

Dodgers' Zyhir Hope: Placed on injured list
Hope was placed on the 7-day injured list at Single-A Rancho Cucamonga on Wednesday with a shoulder injury, Eric Stephen of SBNation.com reports.
Hope hurt his shoulder in the Quakes' 7-4 win Sunday over Lake Elsinore, though hopefully the injury will only keep him out for a week. The 19-year-old prospect has enjoyed a solid start to his second minor-league season, slashing .282/.378/.521 and logging 13 RBI and three home runs.
