  • Bulls' Jevon Carter: Eight points in 16 minutes

Carter chipped in eight points (4-7 FG, 0-1 3Pt), one rebound, two assists and one block over 17 minutes during Tuesday's 124-97 loss to the Celtics. Carter saw a few extra minutes in the loss, continuing the Bulls' terrible start to the season. To this point, they have won just five games, projected to be one of the worst teams come April. Carter has not been able to carve out a consistent role, currently sitting well outside the top 300 in standard formats.

  • Bulls' Jevon Carter: Hits three triples in win

Carter ended with nine points (3-9 FG, 3-9 3Pt), one rebound and one assist across 14 minutes during Saturday's 102-97 win over Miami. Carter connected on at least a trio of three-pointers for the third time this season and scored his most points since Nov. 6. Across 10 November appearances, the backup point guard has averaged 7.4 points per game on 45.0 percent shooting from the field.

  • Bulls' Jevon Carter: Bench sparkplug in loss

Carter posted 16 points (6-9 FG, 4-5 3Pt, 0-1 FT) and one assist across 18 minutes during Saturday's 123-101 loss to Denver. Carter was sharp, representing Chicago's third-leading scorer Saturday. No other member of the second unit exceeded five points. The 28-year-old is a career 40.0 percent shooter on 3.0 threes per game, profiling him at Chicago's top offensive backcourt option off the bench.

  • Bulls' Jevon Carter: Leads bench scoring in loss

Carter notched 12 points (5-7 FG, 2-2 3Pt), one rebound, two assists, one block and one steal over 15 minutes during Wednesday's 114-105 loss to the Mavericks. It's the second game in a row with Carter scoring in double-digits and leading the bench in points. He shot just 2-for-12 in his first three games but has turned that around and has made 10-of-14 shots over the last two contests. Carter played just 15 minutes in Wednesday's game, but he could see an uptick in playing time if he's able to continue to contribute efficiently off the bench.

  • Bulls' Jevon Carter: Leads bench in scoring

Carter provided 11 points (5-7 FG, 1-1 3Pt), two rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal over 18 minutes during Monday's 112-105 win over the Pacers. Carter snapped out of a 2-for-12 shooting funk over his first three games. He represented the Bulls fourth-leading scorer Monday, which is more of a testament to Chicago's 30th-ranked effective field-goal percentage as opposed to Carter's breakout performance. Carter will look to carry his momentum into Wednesday's showdown versus Dallas.

  • Bulls' Jevon Carter: Headed to Chicago

Carter agreed to a three-year, $20 million deal with the Bulls on Friday, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reports. Carter was previously with the Bucks and is coming off a career season, posting averages of 8.0 points, 2.5 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 0.8 steals and 1.8 three-pointers. The Bulls were also able to re-sign Coby White to a new deal, and it's looking like both Carter and White could potentially have significant roles in Chicago's backcourt. Carter can be a solid source of assists, three-pointers and steals when the minutes are there, and Chicago could be a good spot for his fantasy appeal depending on how the rest of the roster fills out.

  • Bucks' Jevon Carter: Set to hit free agency

Carter declined his $2.24 million player option for the 2023-24 season on Tuesday, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports. Carter averaged 8.0 points, 2.5 rebounds and 2.4 assists in 22.3 minutes across 81 games for Milwaukee in 2022-23. Carter should earn more than his player option on the open market, as he is a good perimeter defender and shot 42.1 percent on 4.2 three-point attempts per game last year.

  • Bucks' Jevon Carter: Will come off bench Sunday

Carter will run with the reserves for Sunday's Game 1 against Miami, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports. Khris Middleton (knee) and Grayson Allen (ankle) are back, so it's unlikely Carter will be a significant part of the rotation for Game 1. Through 42 games as a reserve, Carter registered averages of 6.8 points, 2.0 rebounds, 1.7 triples and 1.8 assists per contest on 40.3 percent shooting.

  • Bucks' Jevon Carter: Gets starting nod Sunday

Carter will start Sunday against the Raptors. With Milwaukee locked into the No. 1 seed, Carter will move into the starting lineup, as the majority of Milwaukee's regulars take a seat. Over his previous 38 starts, Carter has averaged 9.5 points, 3.1 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.1 steals in 27.5 minutes per game.

  • Bucks' Jevon Carter: Coming off bench

Carter will move to the bench for Friday's game against the Grizzlies. The Bucks will be without all five of their starters Friday night, and Carter coming off the bench makes you wonder just how much he'll be used in this matchup as the Bucks look to stay fresh for the playoffs.

  • Bucks' Jevon Carter: Joining first unit

Carter will start Wednesday's game against the Bulls. Carter will step into the first five Wednesday with both Grayson Allen (ankle) and Pat Connaughton (ankle) sidelined. In 37 starts this season, Carter has averaged 9.3 points, 3.1 assists, 3.1 rebounds and 1.1 steals over 27.4 minutes.

  • Bucks' Jevon Carter: Won't play Tuesday

Carter (knee) is out for Tuesday's game versus the Wizards. Carter has been downgraded from probable all the way to out Tuesday due to left knee soreness. Goran Dragic and Joe Ingles will likely see increased minutes in his absence. Carter's next chance to suit up is Wednesday's matchup with Chicago.

  • Bucks' Jevon Carter: Downgraded to questionable

Carter (knee) is questionable for Tuesday's matchup against Washington. Carter has been downgraded from questionable to probable and is in danger of missing his first contest of the season. If that's the case, Goran Dragic, Joe Ingles and Pat Connaughton would all be candidates for increased roles, given Grayson Allen (ankle) has already been ruled out.

  • Bucks' Jevon Carter: Probable for Tuesday

Carter (knee) is being listed as probable for Tuesday's game against the Wizards. Carter has landed in the injury report with left knee soreness, but it doesn't seem like a severe problem, and he could very well be available off the bench for Tuesday's matchup. Carter is not expected to affect many fantasy decisions with his availability, though, as he's logging just 21.6 minutes per game while averaging 7.6 points and 2.1 assists across his last 10 games.

  • Bucks' Jevon Carter: Available to play Sunday

Carter (knee) is good to go for Sunday's game against Philadelphia. Carter is dealing with some soreness in his left knee, but he'll play through the issue as the Bucks look to rebound from Thursday's embarrassing defeat at the hands of the Celtics. Carter has played in every game this season and is averaging 9.6 points, 2.3 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 2.2 threes per game since the All-Star break.

  • Bucks' Jevon Carter: Iffy for Sunday

Carter is questionable for Sunday's game against the 76ers due to left knee soreness. Considering the Bucks are fresh off of six games in eight days, it's no surprise Carter is dealing with some discomfort in his left knee. Over that stretch, he averaged 9.2 points, 1.8 rebounds and 1.7 assists over 22.6 minutes. If Carter were to get the night off Sunday, Goran Dragic would likely take over backup point guard duties.

  • Bucks' Jevon Carter: Rejoins second unit

Carter will come off the bench for Thursday's matchup against the Celtics, Jim Owczarski of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports. Carter drew the starting nod Wednesday with Khris Middleton (knee) sidelined but will rejoin the reserves with Middleton back in action. In his last five bench appearances, Carter has averaged 5.8 points, 2.0 assists and 1.8 rebounds in 18.0 minutes.

  • Bucks' Jevon Carter: Starting again Wednesday

Carter will start Wednesday's game against the Pacers, Dustin Dopirak of the Indy Star reports. Carter got the start Monday against Detroit in place of Jrue Holiday, but even with Holiday back Wednesday, Carter will remain in the lineup -- this time replacing Khris Middleton (knee). The West Virginia product finished Monday's victory with 22 points (8-15 FG, 6-8 3Pt) and two assists in 34 minutes.

  • Bucks' Jevon Carter: Pops for 22 in Monday's win

Carter finished Monday's 126-117 victory over Detroit with 22 points (8-15 FG, 6-7 3Pt), two assists and one rebound over 34 minutes. With Jrue Holiday (personal) not in the lineup, Carter got the start and was one of four Bucks players to top 20 points on the night. The fifth-year guard was coming off a zero-point effort Saturday in 18 minutes against the Nuggets and had scored in double digits just once in the prior seven games, so Carter's fantasy utility depends a great deal on how quickly Holiday returns to the team.

  • Bucks' Jevon Carter: Starting Sunday

Carter will start Monday's game against the Pistons. Jrue Holiday (personal) is away from the team, so Carter figures to operate as the starting point guard until the All-Star returns. Across 35 starts this season, Carter has averaged 9.0 points, 3.2 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 1.1 steals in 27.2 minutes per game.
