George notched 19 points (6-14 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 4-6 FT), five rebounds, three assists and two steals in 31 minutes during Monday's 114-112 win over the Pelicans. George put together two excellent games against New Orleans in a row and scored a season-high 19 points Monday. The rookie out of Baylor has struggled from the floor, and although he righted the ship somewhat over the two-game series versus the Pelicans, he's still connecting on only 35.8 percent of his shots on the season.... Jazz's Keyonte George: Struggles with efficiency
George closed Tuesday's 131-99 loss to the Lakers with nine points (3-11 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, two assists and one steal over 21 minutes. George has averaged 10.0 points, 7.7 assists and 3.3 rebounds in 28.5 minutes across his last six appearances since being inserted into the starting lineup. While the rookie guard is shooting just 30.2 percent from the field over that span, he has tallied at least one steal in each of his last four outings.... See More ... See Less -
Jazz's Keyonte George: Posts career-high 15 points
George finished with 15 points (4-9 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 5-5 FT), seven assists, four rebounds and one steal in 26 minutes during Tuesday's 115-99 victory over the Trail Blazers. George started a third consecutive game Tuesday and posted a double-digit scoring total for the second time this season. The 20-year-old has shined as a distributor since replacing Talen Horton-Tucker in the starting lineup, averaging 9.7 points, 9.0 assists and 3.0 rebounds in 29.0 minutes per game through his first three turns on the top unit.... Jazz's Keyonte George: Starting against Indiana
George is starting Wednesday's game against the Pacers, Andy Larsen of The Salt Lake Tribune reports. George has been cleared to suit up despite a foot issue Wednesday, and he'll make his first career start while Talen Horton-Tucker retreats to the bench. George has played at least 20 minutes in five of his last six appearances, averaging 7.2 points, 3.7 assists and 2.2 rebounds in 22.5 minutes per game.... See More ... See Less -
Jazz's Keyonte George: Available Wednesday
George (foot) is available for Wednesday's game against the Pacers. George was probable for Wednesday's matchup due to a sore left foot, but he'll be able to suit up against Indiana. He's averaging 7.4 points, 3.3 assists and 2.3 rebounds in 20.8 minutes per game this year.... See More ... See Less -
Jazz's Keyonte George: Probable for Wednesday

Jazz's Keyonte George: Scores five points
George amassed five points (2-5 FG, 1-3 3Pt), two rebounds and four assists across 21 minutes during Monday's 130-113 loss to the Bulls. George's role isn't what fantasy managers would like it to be, but with the Jazz sitting near the bottom of the Western Conference with a 2-6 record, it's possible that more minutes are on the horizon for the rookie. Through eight games, George is averaging 7.4 points, 3.3 assists, 2.3 rebounds and 1.3 three-pointers.... See More ... See Less -
Jazz's Keyonte George: Drops five dimes off bench
George tallied 10 points (3-7 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 3-4 FT), five assists, two steals and one rebound in 22 minutes during Tuesday's 103-98 preseason loss to the Clippers. George was one of Utah's three first-round picks in the 2023 NBA Draft. In Tuesday's preseason outing, the rookie guard showed his ability to be a primary ball-handler off the bench. However, George isn't expected to receive extended playing time to start the regular season.... See More ... See Less -
Jazz's Keyonte George: Goes nuclear Saturday
George registered 33 points (12-24 points, 6-15 3PT, 3-3 FT), 10 assists, two rebounds, a steal and a block in 34 minutes of Saturday's 105-99 win over the Clippers during Summer League. George turned in a fantastic performance, pacing the Jazz in points and assists on his way to a 30-point double-double. The outing was a strong bounce-back outing after an ice-cold shooting day during Utah's first game in Las Vegas. The No. 16 overall pick has shown well so far in Summer League and could play himself into a key rotational role for the Jazz this season.... See More ... See Less -
Jazz's Keyonte George: Puts up 15 points
George contributed 15 points (2-11 FG, 1-8 3PT, 10-10 FT), six rebounds, five assists, one steal and one turnover across 28 minutes of Thursday's 98-83 Summer League win over the Grizzlies. George played through a foot issue that he picked up Wednesday, so that could explain the poor shooting from the field. Regardless, George showed plenty of promise during the Salt Lake City Summer League, averaging 15.6 points, 4.6 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.6 three-pointers in three appearances.... Jazz's Keyonte George: Exits early with foot injury
George left Wednesday's 104-94 Summer League loss to the 76ers with a left foot injury, Andy Larsen of The Salt Lake Tribune reports. He finished with 14 points (5-10 FG, 3-5 3PT, 1-1 FT), four assists and three rebounds over 25 minutes. George appeared to tweak his ankle late in Wednesday's game and briefly went to the locker room before returning to the bench and being ruled out with a foot injury. Prior to exiting, George racked up 14 points, all of which came in the first half. With Utah playing again Thursday, they could opt to play it safe with their first-round draft pick and give George the night off.... See More ... See Less

Eric Walden@tribjazz14H agoÖmer Yurtseven as the Utah Jazz’s starting center and Walker Kessler as his backup is a temporary situation.
