  • Heat's Malik Williams: Joins Miami

Williams and the Heat agreed to an Exhibit 10 contract Wednesday, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

This transaction brings Miami's roster up to 20 players, one short of the maximum amount allowed. Williams had a small stint with Toronto in 2023-24, making seven regular-season appearances with averages of 2.7 points and 5.4 rebounds. He's likely to end up in the G League.

  • Heat's Zyon Pullin: Joining Miami for camp

Pullin and the Heat agreed to an Exhibit 10 contract Monday, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reports.

Pullin was previously with the Heat on a two-way contract before he was waived to make room for Josh Christopher. Heading into training camp, Pullin will be facing an uphill battle to claim a final roster spot for the Heat.

  • Heat's Bam Adebayo: Efficient off bench

Adebayo recorded 18 points (8-10 FG, 2-3 3Pt), seven rebounds, two blocks, one assist and one steal in 21 minutes during Team USA's 103-86 win over South Sudan on Wednesday.

Adebayo didn't see much volume during Sunday's win over Serbia, but he was much more efficient during Wednesday's matchup despite coming off the bench once again. His impact could regress if Joel Embiid returns to the team's rotation, but it was encouraging to see him lead the club in scoring while tying for team-high marks in rebounds and blocks during Wednesday's matchup.
