C Scott Wells has not been at OTAs this week and was excused again on Friday. Rookies P John Hekker, TE Cory Harkey and RB Nick Schweiger were still not at Rams Park because of the NFL graduation rule, which prohibits rookies from attending offseason activities until their school’s senior class has graduated. OT Jason Smith did not participate in Friday’s practice and OT Rodger Saffold was limited.
