Jets' Tyrod Taylor: Remains sidelined Thursday
Taylor (groin) wasn't spotted at practice Thursday, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
Neither was Justin Fields (knee), so both Taylor and Fields have opened Week 15 prep with consecutive DNPs. Brady Cook has been handling first-team reps in practice, and the undrafted rookie out of Missouri looks like the favorite to start Sunday's game against the Jaguars. Taylor or Fields could reenter the starting mix by practicing in any capacity Friday.

Jets' Tyrod Taylor: Not practicing Wednesday
Coach Aaron Glenn said that Taylor (groin) and Justin Fields (knee) won't practice Wednesday.
With both signal-callers set to miss practice, Brady Cook will handle first-team reps Wednesday, and Adrian Martinez is now also in the mix, per Glenn. Taylor thus has two more chances to practice ahead of Sunday's game against the Jaguars, but at this stage, the Jets' Week 15 QB situation is very much up in the air.

Jets' Tyrod Taylor: Week 15 starting QB TBD
Coach Aaron Glenn noted Monday that the Jets are still gathering information on the health and availability of Taylor (groin) and Justin Fields (knee), Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
Fields was inactive for Sunday's 34-10 loss to the Dolphins, and Taylor lasted only two series in the contest because of a groin injury before being replaced by rookie Brady Cook. In terms of the Jets' QB plans for a Week 15 game against the Jaguars, Glenn indicated Monday that the team will "have to see what guys are healthy enough to go out there and give us a chance to win." The team's signal-caller situation likely won't gain any clarity until at least Wednesday, when the Jets' next practice/injury report is posted.

Jets' Tyrod Taylor: Throws TD, runs in another in win
Taylor completed 19 of 33 passes for 172 yards and a touchdown while rushing eight times for 44 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 27-24 win over the Falcons.
Taylor threw for only 37 yards on 10 first-half passes but connected with Adonai Mitchell for a 52-yard touchdown in the third quarter to tie the score at 14-14. With the Jets trailing 24-17 in the fourth quarter, Taylor led a 15-play, 65-yard touchdown drive, which he capped with a game-tying 10-yard touchdown run with 1:53 remaining. Taylor then led the Jets into range for Nick Folk's game-winning 56-yard field goal on the final play. After notching his first win in three starts this season, Taylor figures to remain atop the depth chart in Week 14 against the Dolphins.
