Player Outlook
The Titans averaged the 17th-most Fantasy Points per game in 2022 and spent very little 2023 offseason capital to improve this unit with an offense-heavy draft in Rounds 1-3. While a healthy Harold Landry could help generate more sacks, pressures and turnovers to some degree, you can do much better on draft day.

  • Titans' Kristian Fulton: Won't play Week 14

Fulton (hamstring) has been ruled out ahead of Monday night's game against the Dolphins, Ben Arthur of FoxSports.com reports. The 25-year-old cornerback was held out of practice all week, so it's no surprise that he'll be inactive Monday night. Fulton has appeared in 12 games for the Titans this season, recording 46 total tackles and five pass deflections. With the fourth-year pro missing time, expect Roger McCreary and Eric Garror to see increased work in Tennessee's secondary.

  • Saints' Monty Rice: Finds work with New Orleans

The Saints claimed Rice off waivers Wednesday. Rice was waived by the Titans on Tuesday, and it didn't take him long to land in a new spot. New Orleans may have signed Rice as insurance behind Pete Werner, who missed Week 13 with an oblique injury, though Werner returned to practice in a limited fashion Wednesday. Rice played in 12 games for Tennessee before being let go, and he totaled 26 tackles (14 solo) over 82 defensive snaps.

  • Titans' Kristian Fulton: Could miss time

Fulton (hamstring) will not practice Wednesday and could be out for a while, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports. Fulton suffered the injury in Sunday's loss to the Colts and underwent an MRI on Monday. It would appear the fourth-year pro should be considered closer to doubtful for Monday's game against the Dolphins, but he still has three more days to get back on the practice field and increase his chances of suiting up for the Week 14 matchup.

  • Monty Rice: Gets waived by Titans

The Titans waived Rice on Tuesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports. Rice has been relatively disappointing since Tennessee selected him in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft, as he's been unable to earn a consistent starting role. He's now set to become a free agent unless he's claimed by another team during the current waiver period.

  • Titans' Jeffery Simmons: Could miss multiple games

Titans head coach Mike Vrabel said Simmons (knee) will be out for next Monday's game against the Dolphins and will likely be out "a few weeks," Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports. According to Turron Davenport of ESPN.com, Simmons was sent in for an MRI after he injured his right knee in this past Sunday's 31-28 overtime loss to the Colts. Though Vrabel didn't go into detail on the exact findings from the MRI, the star defensive lineman will be forced to miss at least one game due to the injury, and possibly another game or two beyond that. • Titans' Terrell Edmunds: Missing another game

Edmunds (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Colts. Edmunds was sidelined by a shoulder injury in Week 12 but he returned to practice fully leading up to Sunday's game against the Colts. Since he is, presumably, available from a health perspective, it appears Edmunds has slipped down the defensive depth chart in Tennessee. Mike Brown and Elijah Molden are potentially playing-time beneficiaries.

  • Titans' K'Von Wallace: Notches nine stops in Week 12 win
