Player Outlook
When Agholor signed with the Ravens in March, he was probably expecting a big role as a primary receiver for Lamar Jackson. But then Baltimore signed Odell Beckham Jr. and drafted Zay Flowers, and Agholor finds himself as the No. 4 receiver at best for the Ravens when you factor in Rashod Bateman. And let's not forget Mark Andrews as well. It will be tough for Fantasy managers to count on Agholor, who should not be drafted in the majority of leagues. In 2022 with the Patriots, Agholor averaged just 4.7 PPR points per game, and he's averaged fewer than 9.0 PPR points per game in three of the past four seasons. At best, Agholor could be a waiver addition in deeper leagues, but it's hard to expect consistent production from him if everyone in Baltimore is healthy.

  • Ravens' Nelson Agholor: Makes one grab against Chargers

Agholor caught one of two targets for 21 yards in Sunday's 20-10 win over the Chargers. The veteran played 41 percent of the snaps, which is in line with his usage rates over the course of the season when the rest of the receiving corps is healthy. Agholor has seen two or fewer targets in six straight weeks and has recorded four receptions for 72 yards and two touchdowns in that span. Even with Mark Andrews' ankle injury opening up plenty of targets to get redistributed, Agholor doesn't appear to be a candidate to see more work. Baltimore is on a bye Week 13 before returning to action against the Rams on Sunday, Dec. 10.

  • Ravens' Nelson Agholor: Scores touchdown against Bengals

Agholor reeled in his lone target for a 37-yard touchdown in Thursday's win over the Bengals. The veteran will miss playing the Bengals again this season as two of his three touchdowns have come against Cincinnati. Agholor has not caught more than one pass in a game since Week 6 against Tennessee, and his touchdown catch Thursday came on a deflection. He is playing a decent amount of snaps, averaging well over 20 per week, but targets are not coming his way often. The offensive philosophy could shift in the coming weeks with Mark Andrews likely done for the season, but that doesn't mean that Agholor is in line for an uptick in usage. However, Odell Beckham's status will be worth monitoring going into Week 12 after he left with a shoulder injury against the Bengals.

  • Ravens' Nelson Agholor: Snags touchdown on lone target

Agholor caught his lone target for a 12-yard touchdown in Sunday's win over the Lions. The veteran only played 37 percent of the snaps Sunday, which was fourth among Baltimore receivers as Zay Flowers, Odell Beckham and Rashod Bateman checked in as the primary options in three-wide looks. Still, Agholor made his opportunity count as he reeled in his second touchdown of the season. His snap count will be something to monitor for those rostering him in deeper formats considering Sunday marked the first time since Week 2 that he didn't earn at least a 50 percent share. Baltimore travels to Arizona to face the Cardinals in Week 8.

  • Ravens' Nelson Agholor: Logs two receptions

Agholor caught two of three targets for 40 yards Sunday in a 24-16 win over the Titans in London. The veteran has now racked up six catches for 104 yards over the last two weeks. Agholor played 52 percent of the snaps, which was the second-most on the team among receivers, behind only Zay Flowers. With Rashod Bateman and Odell Beckham off to slow starts, Agholor is settling in as the No.3 option in Baltimore's passing game. The Ravens take on the Lions at home in Week 7.

  • Ravens' Nelson Agholor: New season high in yardage

Agholor caught four of five targets for 64 yards Sunday against the Steelers. After being held to one catch for four yards against the Browns in Week 4, Agholor rebounded with one of his best games of the season. It wasn't perfect, though, as a potential touchdown pass slipped through his fingers in the third quarter that could have put Baltimore up by two possessions. Still, Agholor played the second-most snaps among Ravens receivers even with Rashod Bateman and Odell Beckham returning from injury. The Ravens take on the Titans in London in Week 6.

  • Ravens' Nelson Agholor: Bigger opportunity could await

Agholor is expected to serve as Baltimore's No. 2 wide receiver Sunday against the Browns with both Odell Beckham (ankle) and Rashod Bateman (hamstring) ruled out for the contest, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports. Bateman is sitting out for the first time this season, while Beckham will miss his second straight contest. The latter's absence paved the way for Agholor to play a season-best 72 percent of the offensive snaps in a 22-19 overtime loss to the Colts in Week 3, with the 30-year-old finishing with four catches for 39 yards on four targets. With Bateman now joining Beckham on the sideline, Agholor could be third in the pecking order for targets behind No. 1 wideout Zay Flowers and tight end Mark Andrews. Devin Duvernay and practice-squad member Laquon Treadwell are also likely to see snaps alongside Flowers and Agholor in three-receiver sets.

  • Ravens' Nelson Agholor: Effective in expanded role

Agholor caught all four of his targets for 39 yards in Sunday's loss to Indianapolis. The veteran saw plenty of playing time Sunday with Odell Beckham (ankle) sidelined as Agholor played the second-most snaps (52 of 72) among Baltimore receivers, behind only Zay Flowers' 67. Rashod Bateman played 50 snaps as well, signaling that Baltimore was comfortable with having three wide receivers as its base personnel. Agholor caught everything thrown his way and is up to nine catches for 102 yards and a touchdown over his last two games. Beckham isn't expected to miss extended time, but if he remains out again Week 4, Agholor would project to see a high snap share again.

  • Ravens' Nelson Agholor: Leading receiver in Week 2 win

Agholor caught five of six targets for 63 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 27-24 win over the Bengals. Agholor took on a larger role after Odell Beckham (ankle) exited in the first half. After being held without a reception in his Baltimore debut, Agholor led the team in receiving yards in Week 2. His biggest catch was a 17-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter. Agholor's a capable player with three 700-yard seasons under his belt, but carving out a consistent role won't be easy in a passing game that also includes Beckham, 2023 first-round pick Zay Flowers, 2021 first-round pick Rashod Bateman and tight end Mark Andrews.

  • Ravens' Nelson Agholor: No catches in Ravens debut

Agholor was held without a catch on 24 snaps Sunday against the Texans. It was a fruitless Baltimore debut for Agholor, who played a reserve role while three other Ravens receivers logged more snaps. It's worth noting that Rashod Bateman only narrowly edged out Agholor in snaps, but Agholor still went the entire game without drawing a target. Baltimore had a low passing volume on the afternoon overall, though Agholor failing to garner any attention from Lamar Jackson even without Mark Andrews (quadriceps) available does not bode well for his fantasy relevance at this stage. Baltimore travels to Cincinnati to play the Bengals in Week 2.

  • Ravens' Nelson Agholor: Rested Monday night

Agholor didn't play in Monday's preseason game against Washington, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports. Fellow veteran receiver Devin Duvernay started and played six snaps, while Agholor was among the many players rested. It thus seems Agholor is on track for the No. 4 receiver spot behind Odell Beckham, Rashod Bateman and Zay Flowers, which could mean a decent bit of playing time Week 1 against Houston if Bateman has limitations in his first game back from a Lisfranc injury.

  • Ravens' Nelson Agholor: Part of crowded WR room

The Ravens have added Odell Beckham and first-round pick Zay Flowers to their WR room since signing Agholor in March, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports. At the time he signed, Agholor didn't appear to have much competition for a top-three role, with Rashod Bateman (foot) and Devin Duvernay (foot) being the only other Baltimore receivers with significant experience as starters in the NFL. The team always figured to add more talent, but the double-dip on large investments probably pushes Agholor down to fourth or fifth on the depth chart, which is where he spent a chunk of last season in New England, bouncing in and out of the starting lineup. The soon-to-be 30-year-old is at least secure in terms of his roster spot, as his one-year, $3.25 million contract reportedly is fully guaranteed.

  • Ravens' Nelson Agholor: Signs with Ravens

The Ravens have signed Agholor to a one-year deal, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports. Per Zrebiec, Agholor's deal with Baltimore is for $3.25 million, with another $3 million potentially available to the 2015 first-rounder via incentives. In his second campaign with the Patriots, Agholor recorded 31 catches on 53 targets for 362 yards and two TDs in 2022; however, with the Ravens, the 29-year-old could see steadier target volume this coming season while bolstering a wideout corps previously headed by Rashod Bateman (foot) and Devin Duvernay (foot).

  • Nelson Agholor: Has visit with Baltimore

The Ravens have hosted Agholor on a free-agent visit, according to Field Yates of ESPN. In 16 games with the Patriots last season, Agholor logged 31 catches on 53 targets for 362 yards and two TDs, while working in a wideout corps that also featured Jakobi Meyers, DeVante Parker, Kendrick Bourne and Tyquan Thornton. If Agholor catches on with the Ravens, however, there could be a more clear path to volume for the 2015 first-rounder, given the team's need to bolster its depth behind top returning WRs Rashod Bateman (foot) and Devin Duvernay (foot).

  • Patriots' Nelson Agholor: Catches 31 passes this season

Agholor finished the 2022 season with 31 catches on 53 targets for 362 yards and two TDs in 16 games. With Agholor having completed the two-year $22 million contract he signed with the Patriots in March of 2021, the 29-year-old is slated to become a free agent this offseason. With his profile in the team's offense having diminished down the stretch, it seems likely that the 2015 first-rounder will be playing elsewhere next season. It's possible that a change of scenery could benefit Agholor in terms of the potential for added volume, but for now his fantasy prospects for 2023 appear modest.

  • Patriots' Nelson Agholor: Logs 27 snaps in Week 17

Agholor was on the field for 27 of a possible 60 snaps in Sunday's 23-21 win over the Dolphins, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports. For the second straight week, Agholor (who saw one target versus Miami) didn't record a catch and was out-snapped by Tyquan Thornton (56), Jakobi Meyers (49) and Kendrick Bourne (28). Heading into this coming Sunday's regular season finale against the Bills, Agholor is off the fantasy radar.

  • Patriots' Nelson Agholor: Logs 19 snaps in Week 16

Agholor, who was on the field for 19 of a possible 56 snaps on offense in Saturday's 22-18 loss to the Bengals, wasn't targeted in the contest, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports. In a game in which the Patriots were without DeVante Parker (concussion), Agholor was out-snapped by Jakobi Meyers (56), Tyquan Thornton (52) and Kendrick Bourne (32). On the heels of consecutive quiet outings, Agholor isn't a high-percentage fantasy option ahead of Sunday's game against the Dolphins.

  • Patriots' Nelson Agholor: One catch in Week 15

Agholor was on the field for 54 of a possible 65 snaps on offense en route to catching one of his six targets for three yards in Sunday's 30-24 loss to the Raiders, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports. After hauling in five of his 10 targets for 32 yards in the Patriots' win over the Cardinals last Monday, Agholor's production dipped Week 15 in a contest in which QB Mac Jones threw for just 112 yards. Down the stretch, different game scripts and improved efficiency could help Agholor bounce back, but he still profiles as a hit-or-miss fantasy option ahead of Saturday's game against the Bengals.

  • Patriots' Nelson Agholor: Sleeper WRs

There's a chance Jakobi Meyers (concussion) could return for Week 15 at Las Vegas, but DeVante Parker (concussion) is out. That should allow Agholor to have a bigger role, and this is a revenge game for him against the Raiders since he played for Las Vegas in 2020. In Week 14 at Arizona with Meyers out and Parker getting hurt, Agholor led the team with 10 targets and finished with five catches for 32 yards. I would hope for better production against the Raiders, who have allowed nine receivers to score at least 12 PPR points in the past five games. Agholor is worth a look as a No. 3 receiver in deeper leagues.

  • Patriots' Nelson Agholor: Week 15 Adds (WR Preview)

Agholor saw 10 targets in Week 14 with Jakobi Meyers and DeVante Parker both out. I'd expect him to be Mac Jones' favorite target if neither can get healthy. He's a solid No. 3 if neither return and an upside flex if one gets back for Week 15. The Raiders are a bad defense and this counts as a revenge game for Agholor.
