Fisher has missed the Texans' last two games due to a concussion, but his lack of an injury designation indicates he has cleared the league's five-step protocols ahead of Sunday's game. Fisher will return and serve as the backup to starting tackles Laremy Tunsil and Tytus Howard.

Fisher (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's Week 12 clash against the Titans.
Fisher will miss his second straight contest due to a concussion. He didn't practice at all this week, which suggests that he's still in the NFL's five-step concussion protocol. Fisher's next chance to suit up will come Sunday, Dec. 1 against Jacksonville.

Fisher opened the week with a limited practice Wednesday due to a concussion, but the issue evidently has gotten worse, as he wasn't able to practice Thursday and Friday. He'll look to get through the league's five-step protocols and aim to return for Week 12 against the Titans on Sunday, Nov. 24.
