Texans' Ed Ingram: Traded to Houston
The Vikings agreed Thursday to trade Ingram to the Texans in exchange for a 2026 sixth-round pick, Jonathan M. Alexander of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Ingram, a 2022 second-round pick, was benched by Minnesota midway through the 2024 campaign, and he now gets a second chance to compete for a starting gig as part of Houston's offensive line overhaul. He will play out the final year of his rookie deal in 2025.

Vikings' Ed Ingram: Back for OTAs
Ingram (shoulder) participated in the Vikings' OTAs on Tuesday, Craig Peters of the team's official site reports.
Ingram missed the Vikings' regular-season finale in 2023 after sustaining a shoulder injury in Week 17 against the Packers. The 2022 second-round pick out of LSU appears fully recovered from the injury and is slated to be the starting right guard for Minnesota for 2024.

Ingram suffered the injury last Sunday in a loss to the Packers and will now miss the Vikings' regular-season finale. In his absence, Blake Brandel will likely get the start at right guard.
