  • Bills' Quintin Morris: Won't be tendered

The Bills will not place a tender on Morris, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. Morris was eligible to be tendered by Buffalo as a restricted free agent, but he's now slated to become an unrestricted free agent. Rapoport adds that the Bills would still like to re-sign him on a new deal. The 6-foot-2 tight end collected 15 passes for 146 yards and mostly played on special teams over the last three seasons.

  • Bills' Quintin Morris: Nabs five catches in 2024

Morris finished the 2024 regular season with five catches on eight targets for 36 yards and a touchdown over 16 games. For the third straight season to begin his career, Morris saw more work on special teams than on offense, though he did log over one-third of Buffalo's offensive snaps in four of the team's final eight regular-season contests. His role diminished again in the playoffs, however, as Morris recorded just 12 offensive snaps without any targets over three games. Morris is now slated to be a restricted free agent, and if he's back with the Bills, he'll likely continue to have a minor role on offense given that both Dalton Kincaid and Dawson Knox are in line to head the team's tight end corps again in 2025.

  • Bills' Quintin Morris: Good to go Sunday

Morris (shoulder/groin) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Lions. Morris was deemed questionable with shoulder and groin issues on Friday's injury report. But, he'll make his return to action after missing last week's loss to the Rams due to these issues. Across 12 appearances this season, Morris has logged two catches, including one touchdown, on just three targets. He'll continue to back up Dalton Kincaid and Dawson Knox on Sunday.

  • Bills' Quintin Morris: Listed as questionable

Morris (shoulder/groin) is questionable for Sunday's game versus Detroit. Morris missed last week's loss to the Rams, but he did practice fully earlier this week and is practicing Friday. Dalton Kincaid (knee) is also listed as questionable to face the Lions. Dawson Knox and Zach Davidson would handle tight end duties if both players were unable to play Sunday.

  • Bills' Quintin Morris: Full go for Wednesday

Morris (shoulder/groin) was listed as a full participant in Wednesday's walkthrough practice. Despite practicing in full Friday, Morris was sidelined for the Bills' Week 14 loss to the Rams due to shoulder and groin injuries. However, Wednesday's estimated full practice suggests that he's already recovered from the issues. Expect the Bowling Green product to serve as Buffalo's No. 3 tight end in a Week 15 matchup against the Lions, playing behind Dalton Kincaid (knee) and Dawson Knox.

  • Bills' Quintin Morris: Ruled out Sunday

Morris (shoulder/groin) has been ruled out for Sunday's matchup versus the Rams. Morris was a limited participant in practice throughout the week but will end up being unable to play Sunday. The Bills will be shorthanded at tight end, as Dalton Kincaid (knee) is out as well, and as a result, Dawson Knox and Zach Davidson will both likely see increased roles.

  • Bills' Quintin Morris: Questionable for Sunday

Morris (shoulder/groin) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Rams. The Bowling Green product appears to be trending toward playing ahead of Sunday's contest, as he upgraded from limited practice Thursday to a full session Friday. Morris could see a larger offensive role if he can play through his injuries in Week 14, especially with Dalton Kincaid (knee) also listed as questionable. Dawson Knox is currently the only tight end on the Bills' active roster without an injury designation for Sunday.

  • Bills' Quintin Morris: Logs limited practice Thursday

Morris (shoulder/groin) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice session. Morris was estimated as a limited participant during Wednesday's walkthrough, and the 25-year-old tight end remained restricted during Thursday's practice. He will likely be able to avoid an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Rams if he is able to log a full practice Friday. Morris caught his lone target for 14 yards while playing 38 snaps (23 on offense, 15 on special teams) during the Bills' Week 13 win over the 49ers. Morris has seen a significant uptick in offensive snaps over the Bills' last three games due to Dalton Kincaid (knee) being sidelined.

  • Bills' Quintin Morris: Catches TD in Week 9

Morris caught his only target for a two-yard touchdown in Sunday's 30-27 win against Miami. Morris logged just eight offensive snaps in the victory, but he made an impact with a two-yard touchdown catch midway through the fourth quarter to break a 20-20 tie. That reception was the 25-year-old's first catch and first target of the campaign. With that in mind, Morris is not on the fantasy radar as he sits behind both Dalton Kincaid and Dawson Knox on Buffalo's tight-end depth chart.

  • Bills' Quintin Morris: Stuck in limited role

Morris didn't draw a target while playing three of the Bills' 55 snaps on offense in Sunday's 34-10 win over the Titans. Morris has suited up for all seven of the Bills' games but has yet to draw a target in the passing game. He hasn't played more than nine snaps on offense in any contest.

  • Bills' Quintin Morris: No targets through three games

Morris played nine of the Bills' 64 snaps on offense and didn't draw a target in Monday's 47-10 win over the Jaguars. Even though the big margin of victory allowed the No. 3 tight end to see a slight uptick in playing time after he joined the offense for six plays in both of the first two games of the season, Morris still went without a target for the third straight contest. While both Dalton Kincaid and Dawson Knox are healthy, Morris won't have a path to a meaningful role on offense, but Morris is locked into a key role on the Bills' special-teams units.

  • Bills' Quintin Morris: Set to miss time

Coach Sean McDermott said Monday that Morris (shoulder) will miss multiple weeks due to an injury sustained during Saturday's preseason game against Pittsburgh, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports. McDermott said Morris' evaluation is still ongoing. The third-year pro secured two of four targets for 20 yards before being forced out of Saturday's contest. When healthy, Morris figures to handle a depth role behind top tight ends Dalton Kincaid and Dawson Knox. but it remains to be seen how long he'll be sidelined. Saturday's preseason game against the Panthers will be Morris' final chance to suit up for exhibition action.

  • Bills' Quintin Morris: Suffers shoulder injury Saturday

Morris hurt his shoulder in Saturday's preseason game against Pittsburgh and has been ruled out from returning. Morris caught two of four targets for 20 yards prior to going down with the injury. While he's well behind Dalton Kincaid and Dawson Knox in Buffalo's tight-end pecking order, Morris is a strong favorite to make the squad as the team's third tight end if he is healthy. Morris has seen more work on special teams than on offense during his first two NFL campaigns.

  • Bills' Quintin Morris: No targets in Week 16

Morris went without a target while playing 18 of 68 snaps on offense in Sunday's 31-10 win over the Cowboys. Morris hasn't drawn a target since Week 11 and will likely continue to handle a muted role on offense as Buffalo's No. 3 tight end while both Dalton Kincaid (shoulder) and Dawson Knox are available.

  • Bills' Quintin Morris: Logs full practice Thursday

Morris (ankle) was a full participant in Thursday's practice. Morris was able to log a limited session Wednesday, and the fact that he upgraded to a full participant in Thursday's practice bodes well for his chances to suit up against the Bengals in Week 9. He's missed the last two games after sustaining an ankle injury in Week 6 against the Giants, and his return would help bolster the Bills' depth at tight end, with Dawson Knox (wrist) set to miss the next three games while on IR.

  • Bills' Quintin Morris: Won't play Thursday

Morris (ankle) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Buccaneers. With Dawson Knox (wrist) also sidelined, Dalton Kincaid is the lone healthy tight end on the Bills' 53-man roster at the moment, though Joel Wilson will presumably be elevated from the practice squad ahead of Thursday's game. Morris' next chance to see game action will arrive Nov. 5 against the Bengals.

  • Bills' Quintin Morris: Misses Tuesday's practice

Morris (ankle) was a non-participant in Tuesday's practice. Morris, who has been dealing with an ankle issue, was inactive for Buffalo's Week 7 loss to the Patriots, and it seems as if his injury could hold him out even longer. The 24-year-old has now recorded consecutive DNPs during Monday's walkthrough and Tuesday's practice. Morris has an opportunity to play behind Dalton Kincaid as the Bills' No. 2 tight end if he's able to suit up Thursday, as Dawson Knox is slated to undergo wrist surgery.

  • Bills' Quintin Morris: Won't face Patriots

Morris (ankle) is ruled out for Sunday's game against New England, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports. Morris, who caught his first pass of the season last week for a 15-yard touchdown, will have to miss his first game of the year due to an ankle injury. The depth tight end's next chance to take the field will be Week 8 against Tampa Bay.

  • Bills' Quintin Morris: Hits paydirt in win

Morris secured his lone target for a 15-yard touchdown in Sunday's 14-9 win over the Giants. Morris' 15-yard touchdown grab was his first reception of the 2023 campaign. The second-year tight end found himself in the No. 2 role behind Dawson Knox, with Dalton Kincaid (concussion) inactive for the contest. Morris played 30 percent of Buffalo's offensive snaps, his highest share of the season. The 24-year-old veteran's touchdown ultimately earned the Bills the win in what was a surprisingly low-scoring day for the offense. Going forward, Morris' limited usage and Kincaid's eventual return make him extremely difficult to trust for fantasy purposes. The Bills will visit the Patriots in Week 7.

  • Bills' Quintin Morris: Still not practicing

Morris (illness) didn't practice Tuesday. Morris has missed the first two practices of Week 13 prep and was sidelined for Sunday's unofficial session due to an illness. He'll have only one more chance to practice before the team needs to make a decision on his status for Thursday's matchup against New England.
