The rookie first-rounder was limited in practice during Week 15 prep, giving him a shot at returning Sunday from a two-game absence due to a knee injury. Thompson logged consecutive DNPs to begin the Cardinals' week of practice due to a hamstring injury, so it's no surprise that he'll be sidelined Sunday. The Washington State product has appeared in all 13 of Arizona's games thus far, recording 81 total tackles, six passes defensed and one forced fumble. While he's out for Week 15, Kitan Crawford is expected to operate as one of Arizona's top safeties.

Melton is now in line to miss his third consecutive game due to a heel injury. Cardinals' Michael Wilson: Positioned as WR1 for Week 15
Wilson will operate as Arizona's top wide receiver versus the Texans on Sunday, with Marvin Harrison (heel) ruled out, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Wilson has dominated across the three games Harrison has missed since Week 11, finishing with double-digit catches and over 100 yards receiving in all three of those contests. Versus the Rams in Week 14, Wilson tallied a 11-142-2 line on 16 targets, with almost all of quarterback Jacoby Brissett's production being split between himself and tight end Trey McBride. While Wilson now faces a rough road matchup against Houston, Wilson seems assured of massive target volume for as long as Harrison is sidelined, making it difficult to consider him anything less than a WR1 for fantasy purposes.

Cardinals' Marvin Harrison: Expected to play again this year
Harrison (heel) won't play Sunday at Houston, but Cardinals coach Jonathan Gannon said Friday that he expects the wideout to return this season, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Harrison will miss a second straight game after suffering a heel injury Week 13, his first game back from appendicitis. He'll now have missed four of the past five games, without any practice participation since injuring his heel, but Gannon did say Friday that Harrison is "doing a lot better," per Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com. In the meantime, Michael Wilson will lead Arizona's WR corps in a tough matchup this Sunday, with Andre Baccellia, Jalen Brooks, Trent Sherfield and Xavier Weaver (hamstring) being the other likely candidates for top-three roles. No. 2 TE Elijah Higgins also gets a boost in projected playing time with Arizona's WR room so depleted.

Harrison didn't practice in any fashion this week and will miss his second straight game due to the heel issue, ultimately being sidelined for the fourth time in five games overall after he was out Weeks 11 and 12 while recovering from an appendectomy. With Harrison unavailable once again, wideout Michael Wilson and tight end Trey McBride should continue to command heavy target volume from quarterback Jacoby Brissett, who is averaging 43.1 pass attempts per game through eight starts.
