Browns' Grant Delpit: Being evaluated
Delpit (head) is being evaluated for a concussion Sunday against the Commanders, Kelsey Russo of the Browns' official site reports.
Delpit will enter the league's concussion protocols if he did indeed suffer one. If not, he'll be eligible to return, although, with a lopsided score in Washington's favor late in the fourth quarter, it's possible Delpit doesn't return either way.

Owusu-Koramoah has left Sunday's game against the Commanders due to cramping, Kelsey Russo of the Browns' official site reports.
Owusu-Koramoah was active in Week 5 before being sidelined, compiling five tackles, including two for a loss with 1.0 sacks. He also had an interception. His departure will likely lead to Khaleke Hudson seeing extra work at weakside linebacker.

McLeod is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Commanders due to a face laceration, Chris Easterling of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
McLeod recorded two tackles, including one for loss, and a pass defense before exiting the contest. If he's unable to return, D'Anthony Bell would be a candidate for increased defensive snaps.

While Strong will return from a two-game absence, he'll still presumably be behind Jerome Ford and D'Onta Foreman on the running back depth chart. When he did suit up in Weeks 1 and 2, Strong saw more work on special teams than he did on offense, so the fantasy upside is limited.

Browns' David Njoku: Active status confirmed
Njoku (ankle) is active Week 5 against the Commanders.
Njoku was able to log multiple limited practices this week, setting the stage for a return from a three-game absence. Assuming no limitations, Njoku will presumably retake the role of primary tight end from Jordan Akins, who had been filling in during his absence. Though it's a small sample size, the Commanders have been tough against tight ends this season, giving up the second-fewest fantasy points per game in both standard and PPR formats.

Dunn returned to practice this week, and his move to the 53-man roster will allow him to suit up Sunday against Washington if the Browns so choose. However, the Maryland product is still listed as questionable for the contest. If he does suit up, he'll be expected to bolster Cleveland's depth on the offensive line.

Njoku (ankle) is listed as questionable but is expected to play Sunday against the Commanders, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Njoku missed the past three games due to a high-ankle sprain he suffered against Dallas in Week 1. He managed just two limited practices this week, though it's worth noting that his absence from Thursday's session was a scheduled day off. Because he isn't yet practicing fully and is coming off a three-game absence, Njoku could be subject to a more limited snap count than what he might usually handle. The Browns elevated tight end Geoff Swaim from the practice squad Saturday as insurance for Njoku.
