Bobrovsky posted a 23-save shutout in Sunday's 2-0 win over the Maple Leafs in Game 4.
Bobrovsky had given up at least four goals in each of the first three games of the series, but he gained a little momentum with an overtime win in Game 3. That carried over for Game 4, as Bobrovsky posted his second shutout in nine appearances this postseason. This was the fifth shutout of his playoff career. With the series now tied at 2-2 and the Panthers carrying momentum, Bobrovsky will look to keep the good times rolling in Toronto on Wednesday for Game 5.

Bobrovsky is expected to patrol the home crease against Toronto on Sunday in Game 4, Panthers play-by-play announcer Steve Goldstein reports.
Bobrovsky is coming off a 27-save effort in Friday's 5-4 overtime win over the Maple Leafs in Game 3. He has surrendered 13 goals on 81 shots through three outings versus Toronto in the second round. Bobrovsky has a 5-3 record with one shutout, a 2.94 GAA and an .875 save percentage across eight appearances this postseason. Toronto has posted 3.56 goals per game in the 2025 playoffs.

Bobrovsky stopped 27 of 31 shots in Friday's 5-4 overtime win over the Maple Leafs in Game 3.
The veteran netminder was shaky again but returned to the win column after two ugly road losses. Bobrovsky has allowed nine goals on 50 shots while losing the first two games of the second-round series. Bobrovsky made 16 saves Wednesday in the Panthers' 4-3 loss to the Maple Leafs in Game 2 of their second-round series.
The veteran netminder would probably like another crack at the game-winner -- Bobrovsky dropped into his butterfly a little too soon on Mitch Marner's long-range shot early in the third period, and got beaten high to his blocker side just 17 seconds after Florida had tied the game at 3-3. Bobrovsky's given up at least three goals in four of his last five starts, posting a 3.67 GAA and .850 save percentage during that stretch, and with the Panthers staring at a 2-0 deficit in the series, the team's fortunes could rest on him shaking out of his slump in Game 3 on Friday.

It was Bobrovsky's fourth career postseason shutout, and it was his first since he and the kitties beat the Oilers 3-0 in Game 1 of the 2024 Stanley Cup Finals. He made several great saves to preserve the lead. Late in the second, Bobrovsky stoned Brayden Point who was alone in the slot. And then he made a sparkling glove save on an open-look slapper by J.J. Moser from the right circle with 3:27 left in the game. The Panthers lead the series 2-0, with Game 3 in Sunrise on Saturday afternoon.
