Domi picked up two assists in Friday's 4-3 overtime loss to Chicago. The 28-year-old is still looking for his first goal as a member of the Maple Leafs, but Domi has had a productive start to the season with 11 assists in 18 games, including seven in his last seven contests. He's proving to be a reliable addition to Toronto's third line, but without ice time alongside any of the team's Core Four (Auston Matthews, Mitchell Marner, John Tavares and William Nylander), Domi's fantasy ceiling will be capped.... Maple Leafs' Max Domi: Four-game point streak
Domi had two assists in a 5-2 win over the Canucks on Saturday. He also picked up 17 PIM. Domi's early-season slumber seems to have broken. He's back at center, and he seems far more comfortable there than on the wing. He also got physical Saturday night, earning an instigator penalty, a fighting major and a misconduct in the first for jumping Vancouver blueliner Ian Cole . Domi is on a four-game, five-assist scoring streak, and that's great news for fantasy managers who stayed patient through his early-season struggles.... See More ... See Less -
Maple Leafs' Max Domi: Stuns visiting team
Domi scored the shootout winner to complement his regulation assist in Friday's 5-4 victory win over the Flames. Domi extended his point streak to three games thanks to his secondary apple in the first frame. Unfortunately, very few, if any, fantasy leagues assign points for the type of shootout heroics that Domi pulled off Friday when he went top shelf on Calgary netminder Dan Vladar. Still, in pursuit of a non-shootout goal as he starts his tenure with the Maple Leafs, Domi has just 19 shots on net through 14 games. As a result, he'll need to get creative to sustain the offensive production.... See More ... See Less -
Maple Leafs' Max Domi: Two apples in win
Domi picked up two assists in Saturday's 4-3 overtime win over the Lightning. He set up both Matthew Knies' goals in the third period, and he appeared visibly relieved -- it's been a rough start for Domi in Toronto. He still doesn't have a goal this season, but one will come soon.... See More ... See Less -
Maple Leafs' Max Domi: Awkward fit with new team
Domi has been shifted to the third line for the Leafs' upcoming road trip, reports The Athletic. Domi made it only five periods on a line with William Nylander and John Tavares before being shuffled off because of the winger's defensive limitations. The trio was outscored 3-0 with him on the line. Domi will skate with Calle Jarnkrok and Fraser Minten on the upcoming five-game trip, and the hope is the two-way strength of those two can offset Domi's shortcomings. It's still early, but Domi is already proving to be an awkward fit in the Leafs lineup.... See More ... See Less -
Maple Leafs' Max Domi: Tough night in debut in new city
Domi had two shots and finished minus-1 in 11:39 of ice time in Toronto's 6-5 shootout win over Montreal on Wednesday. It was a tough night for the son of the Leaf legend, Tie. Max seemed to be gripping his stick a little too hard, and he coughed the puck up on a break out that turned into a Montreal goal. Domi will find his place in Leafland. Don't stress yet.... Maple Leafs' Max Domi: Joining Maple Leafs
Toronto signed Domi to a one-year, $3 million contract Sunday, Chris Johnston of TSN reports. Domi could begin the 2023-24 campaign with top-six minutes in Toronto. He scored 20 goals and 56 points with a minus-15 rating through 80 games with the Blackhawks and Stars last season before adding 13 points in 19 postseason appearances. Domi has now signed one-year contracts in consecutive offseasons.... See More ... See Less -
Stars' Max Domi: Helpers in consecutive games
Domi logged an assist and blocked two shots in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Golden Knights in Game 5. Domi set up Ty Dellandrea's second goal of the game at 12:02 of the third period. It was Domi's second assist in as many contests, but he's still gone eight outings without a goal. The 28-year-old forward has 13 points, 31 shots on net, 52 PIM and a minus-3 rating through 18 appearances this postseason.... See More ... See Less -
Stars' Max Domi: Records assist Thursday
Domi notched an assist and four shots on goal in Thursday's 3-2 overtime win over the Golden Knights in Game 4. The helper snapped a four-game point drought for Domi, who has still gone seven contests without a goal. The 28-year-old will be one of the players expected to step up with Jamie Benn (suspension) and Evgenii Dadonov (lower body) out of the lineup. Domi has 12 points, 30 shots on net, 11 hits and 52 PIM through 17 playoff outings.... See More ... See Less -
Stars' Max Domi: Receives fine for slashing
Domi was handed a $5,000 fine by the NHL on Wednesday for slashing Mark Stone during Tuesday's 4-0 loss to Vegas. Domi wasn't penalized for slashing Stone during the contest, but he did receive 14 PIM due to other incidents. Through 16 playoff appearances this year, Domi has three goals, 11 points and 52 PIM.... Stars' Max Domi: Pockets helper
Domi logged an assist in Saturday's 6-3 loss to the Kraken in Game 6. Domi has been strong in the second round with two goals and six helpers over six contests against the Kraken. The 28-year-old forward is up to 11 points, 20 shots on net, nine hits and 38 PIM through 12 playoff outings. He remains in a middle-six role as part of the Stars' fairly balanced offense.... Stars' Max Domi: Three points in Game 4 win
Domi scored twice, dished an assist, logged two hits, added two PIM and went plus-2 in Tuesday's 6-3 win over the Kraken in Game 4. Domi and Thomas Harley assisted on each other's goals in the second period, and Domi added an empty-net tally in the third. The 28-year-old started slow in the playoffs, but he's racked up all 10 of his points in the postseason over the last six contests. He's added 38 PIM, 18 shots on net, a plus-1 rating and seven hits over 10 playoff outings.... See More ... See Less -
Stars' Max Domi: Snags helper in win
Domi logged an assist and three shots on goal in Thursday's 4-2 win over the Kraken in Game 2. Domi is on a four-game point streak with a goal and six assists in that span after he failed to record a point in the Stars' first four postseason contests. With the return of Joe Pavelski on Domi's line, both players have driven the Stars' offense in the second round.... See More ... See Less -
Stars' Max Domi: Three helpers in overtime loss
Domi notched three assists and a plus-3 rating in Tuesday's 5-4 overtime loss to the Kraken in Game 1. Domi clearly benefited from the return of Joe Pavelski (concussion). It was Domi who helped out on three of Pavelski's tallies, though none of those assists were of the primary variety. After opening the playoffs with no points in four games, Domi has racked up six points in his last three outings. He also has 12 shots on net, 26 PIM and a plus-2 rating in the postseason.... Stars' Max Domi: Snaps 12-game goal-scoring drought
Domi contributed a goal and an assist in Dallas' 4-1 victory over Minnesota in Game 6 on Friday. Domi went into the action on a 12-game goal-scoring drought, and he registered just two assists in that span. With the marker, he's up to a goal and three points over his last two outings, which is encouraging, but that tally was on an empty net late in the third period. Overall, Domi wasn't a major offensive contributor during the Stars' first-round series, but Dallas won anyway. The 28-year-old will have an opportunity to be a noteworthy secondary scorer while serving in a middle-six role when Dallas takes on the winner of the Seattle-Colorado series in the second round.... Stars' Max Domi: Sets up empty-netter
Domi logged an assist and two PIM in Tuesday's 4-0 win over the Wild in Game 5. Domi fed Ty Dellandrea for the empty-netter to seal the win in the third period. The assist snapped a six-game slump for Domi, who has also gone without a goal in all 12 of his appearances in April. The 28-year-old forward continues to see middle-six minutes, but he hasn't offered much outside of PIM (26) and shots (nine) through five playoff contests.... See More ... See Less -
Stars' Max Domi: Supplies helper in win
Domi notched an assist, two shots on goal and two blocked shots in Monday's 6-1 win over the Red Wings. Domi also led Stars forwards with 17:38 of ice time in the blowout win. The 28-year-old snapped his four-game point drought with the helper, which was his seventh point in 18 outings for the Stars. Overall, he's picked up 56 points, 173 shots on net, 82 PIM and a minus-14 rating through 78 contests when also accounting for his time with the Blackhawks this season.... See More ... See Less -
Stars' Max Domi: Hits 20-goal milestone
Domi contributed a goal in Dallas' 5-2 victory over Arizona on Friday. Domi has been held off the scoresheet only once over his last four outings. His latest goal, which came late in the third period to put Dallas up 5-2, was his 20th marker and 55th point in 73 appearances this season. This is the first time Domi has reached the 20-goal milestone since he recorded 28 markers in 2018-19.... See More ... See Less -

The 28-year-old forward has five points through 12 outings with the Stars, putting him at 54 points (19 on the power play), 166 shots on net and 80 PIM through 72 appearances this season....
