  • Flyers' Cam York: Good to go

York (upper body) will be in the lineup Saturday against New Jersey, Charlie O'Connor of PHLY Sports reports. Despite leaving Thursday's 4-3 overtime loss to Toronto early, York will be available to play in Saturday's outdoor contest at MetLife Stadium. He has contributed six goals, 18 points and 96 blocked shots across 55 appearances this campaign.

  • Flyers' Cam York: Questionable for Saturday

York (upper body) isn't sure if he'll be available Saturday, Kevin Kurz of The Athletic reports. York left Thursday's 4-3 overtime loss to Toronto due to the injury. He has six goals, 18 points, 28 PIM, 77 shots, 46 hits and 96 blocks in 55 games this season. If York can't play Saturday, then defenseman Egor Zamula, who has been serving as a forward, might shift to the third pairing while Olle Lycksell would likely dress as part of the fourth line.

  • Flyers' Cam York: Leaves Thursday's game

York (upper body) didn't finish Thursday's game versus the Maple Leafs, Charlie O'Connor of PHLY Sports reports. York had 15:28 of ice time in the contest, and he exited after a heavy hit in the second period. The defenseman's status is undetermined for Saturday's game versus the Devils.

  • Flyers' Cam York: Provides power-play helper

York logged a power-play assist, two shots on goal and three blocked shots in Saturday's 3-2 win over the Kraken. York snapped his four-game skid when he set up Scott Laughton's tally in the first period. With just five points over his last 17 outings, York's offense hasn't been matching his top-four role. The defenseman is at 18 points, 73 shots on net, 94 blocked shots, 39 hits and a minus-9 rating through 53 contests this season. As long as he retains a power-play role, he'll have some intrigue for fantasy managers.

  • Flyers' Cam York: Nets assist in loss

York tallied an assist during Sunday's 5-3 loss to the Senators. It was York's second point in his last eight games, both power-play assists. The acquisition of Jamie Drysdale is limiting York's usage and opportunity. His ice time has decreased at both even strength and on the man advantage. The 23-year-old defenseman has 16 points in 47 games this season.

  • Flyers' Cam York: Gets game's only goal

York scored the game's only goal in a 1-0 win over Detroit on Saturday. York gave the Flyers a 1-0 lead early in the first period when his centering pass intended for Sean Couturier went off the stick of Wings forward J.T. Compher who was in front of the net. It doesn't matter how they go in, they all count the same. York has a modest 12 points in 30 games, but five of them are goals. That equals his career total set in 87 games prior to the 2023-24 campaign. His fantasy value is limited at this point, but you can see the development in his game. York may help you in future years, so file his name away.

  • Flyers' Cam York: Two-point effort in win

York scored a goal, dished an assist, went plus-2, added two hits and blocked three shots in Thursday's 4-1 win over the Coyotes. York helped out on a Joel Farabee goal in the first period before adding an insurance marker early in the third. He's logged two multi-point efforts over his last nine games, picking up three goals, four assists and a minus-5 rating in that span. The 22-year-old defenseman briefly lost his power-play role, but he's been back on it to begin December. York has 11 points, 42 shots on net, 47 blocked shots, 24 PIM and a minus-8 rating through 26 outings. He's still got some work to do defensively, but he's on track to set a new career high in points after earning 20 across 54 games a year ago.

  • Flyers' Cam York: Two points against Columbus

York produced a goal and an assist in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Blue Jackets. After helping to set up Joel Farabee early in the first period to get the Flyers on the board, York wrapped up the scoring on the day with an empty-netter. It was the first multi-point performance of the season for the 22-year-old blueliner. While York is averaging a career-high in ice time with 22:18, he's lost his spot on the power play and has only two goals and six points through 18 games, giving him limited fantasy appeal.

  • Flyers' Cam York: Plucks apple Tuesday

York notched an assist, two shots on goal, three blocked shots, two PIM and a minus-2 rating in Tuesday's 3-2 loss to the Golden Knights. York helped out on a Cam Atkinson tally in the first period. The 22-year-old York has picked up eight PIM over his last three games, which could lead to him losing his spot on the top defensive pairing if he can't show better discipline. The blueliner has two points, 12 shots on net, 11 blocked shots and a minus-3 rating over six contests.

  • Flyers' Cam York: Practicing Saturday

York (undisclosed) is back at practice Saturday, Jordan Hall of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports. York was a full participant in Saturday's session after missing the past three days of practice. He has an excellent chance to quarterback the Flyers' top power-play unit this season following Tony DeAngelo's offseason departure.

  • Flyers' Cam York: Day-to-day with undisclosed injury

York has not practiced the last two days and is day-to-day with an undisclosed injury, Sam Carchidi of Philly Hockey Now reports. York was selected 14th overall in the first round of the 2019 Draft. He managed to play in 54 games in 2022-23, scoring twice while adding 18 assists. York is slated to quarterback the top power-play unit this season and that should give him some fantasy value in 2023-24.

  • Flyers' Cam York: Helpers in consecutive contests

York provided an assist, two PIM and a plus-2 rating in Monday's 4-1 win over the Ducks. York set up Morgan Frost's first-period tally, which ended up being the game-winner. With all six of his helpers coming over the last seven games, York has settled in pretty nicely after a bit of a slow start following his Dec. 8 call-up. He has seven points, six shots on goal, 17 blocked shots, nine hits and a plus-6 rating through 11 contests overall.

  • Flyers' Cam York: Two helpers in win

York notched two assists in Tuesday's 5-3 win over the Blue Jackets. He had a hand in second-period goals by Morgan Frost and Owen Tippett as the Flyers took a lead they wouldn't relinquish. York has been productive since his promotion, collecting a goal and four points in his last four games, but as yet the 14th overall pick in the 2019 NHL Draft isn't seeing the consistent power-play time that would make him a true fantasy asset.

  • Flyers' Cam York: Nets goal in loss

York scored a goal and added four hits in Tuesday's 3-2 loss to the Avalanche. York got his first goal of the season in his third game, opening the scoring Tuesday. He's filled in while Tony DeAngelo (personal) has been out of the lineup. York has added a plus-3 rating, six hits and three blocked shots while taking on a top-four role, so there's a chance he could stick with the big club even once DeAngelo returns -- those two players may ultimately end up competing for power-play time.
