Stars' Oscar Back: Dropped to minors

Back was reassigned to AHL Texas on Tuesday, Bruce LeVine of Dallas Stars Radio reports. Back tallied four goals and 14 points across 52 games in Sweden last season. He's yet to make his NHL or AHL debut and it appears he'll be starting the year in the minors.

Since Pete DeBoer took over in Dallas the Stars have played 102 regular season games. They’ve only had winless skids lasting more than two games TWICE during that time. And they’ve never gone three straight without getting points.
