  • Rangers' Jonny Brodzinski: Two more assists Sunday

Brodzinski logged a pair of assists in Sunday's 6-5 win over San Jose.

Brodzinski picked up his first assist on Mika Zibanejad's tally in the first period before setting up Artemi Panarin for a hat trick in the third. The 30-year-old Brodzinski now has four assists in his last two games. While it's unlikely he can keep up his current scoring pace (he hasn't had more than two assists in a season prior to this year), Brodzinski has had an opportunity to skate with Zibanejad and Chris Kreider on New York's top line at even strength with Kaapo Kakko (lower body) sidelined. Brodzinski has also seen second-unit power-play usage.

  • Rangers' Will Cuylle: Scores goal Sunday

Cuylle scored a goal on two shots in a 6-5 win over the Sharks on Sunday.

Cuylle found the back of the net after having been stuck in a 10-game goal drought. The 21-year-old winger has managed just seven shots in his last six outings, so fantasy players probably shouldn't be banking on him scoring with any consistency moving forward.

  • Rangers' Vincent Trocheck: Notches two more helpers

Trocheck logged two assists in Sunday's 6-5 win over San Jose.

Trocheck grabbed an assist on Artemi Panarin's tally in the first period before helping Panarin finish off a hat trick with his second assist in the third. The 30-year-old Trocheck now has five points (a goal and four assists) in his last two games, as he continues to display impressive chemistry with Panarin and Alexis Lafreniere on New York's second line. Overall, Trocheck is up to six goals and 22 points through 23 games this season.

  • Rangers' Jonathan Quick: Surrenders five goals in win

Quick stopped 23 of 28 shots in Sunday's 6-5 win over San Jose.

Quick has now won five straight starts despite allowing nine goals over his last two outings. With the win Sunday, the 37-year-old netminder improved to 7-0-1 with a .918 save percentage on the season. While Quick's been solid when called upon this year, his role will likely be limited in the short term, with the Rangers playing only twice this week.

Lafreniere picked up two assists in Wednesday's 3-2 win over Detroit.

It's Lafreniere's first multi-point game since Nov. 12 -- he came into the day with just one point in his previous six contests. Still, it's been a strong start to the year overall for the 22-year-old winger. He's up to eight goals and 14 points through 21 games.

Shesterkin stopped 25 of 27 shots in Wednesday's 3-2 win over the Red Wings.

Detroit scored two goals within 30 seconds midway through the second period, but Shesterkin would hold them there as the Rangers rallied for a 3-2 win. It was a solid bounce-back effort after Shesterkin allowed four goals in a loss to Buffalo in his previous start. The 27-year-old goaltender is now 9-4-0 with a .915 save percentage on the season and remains one of the top fantasy options in goal.
